Canadas Best Value Inn St. Catharines

I was looking for simple accommodations and came across this hotel on several hotel-related websites — and I’m glad I did. I booked through "Hotel Tonight" and had a restful, pleasant stay. I’ve given this hotel a 5-star review not because it is a 5-star establishment, but because it lived up to my expectations for a budget hotel. I felt welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who quickly located my reservation and efficiently checked me in. The spacious rooms were upgraded a few months ago, so everything felt new and clean. I don’t usually like carpeted rooms, so I was especially pleased with the fresh laminate flooring. The newly renovated washroom, with its rainforest-style shower, was particularly welcome. The heating and air conditioning unit under the window was also new, efficient, and quiet. The hotel is well located — close to the highway and easy to find. All in all, "Canada’s Best Value Inn" lives up to its name and truly offers great value for money. I will stay there again and recommend it to other travellers.

A reason as to why I cannot get a room..

When asking a simple question as to why I'm unable to get a room, I don't deserve to be spoken to ignorantly.. a straight answer would have been sufficient

Well located

Pool was empty, but was minus temps with snow do kinda figured it would be closed

Convenient st the time/ when I needed it. Staff wass chill and friendly.

Everything else. Didn't even having a vending machine. Bare bones. Room was clean but furniture is old iutdayed and bedframe was on the fritz and squeaky . Didntvreel homey or make me comfortable during my stay. Also needed a 200 security deposit .. for a room that hasn't had 200 dollars put into it in decades.

Price wasn't bad location is good

Porcelain tile floors very cold poor heating system. Tired and worn out sure could use some updating.
