This property was great. Needs a little updating, in our room at least. We ordered pizza and went to find ice and were told there was none on the property. They had a broken machine and one that she couldn't get to work. Otherwise, it was very clean and other than a few outdated/broken pieces, it was a very comfortable stay! Safe area and very nice staff.

"Don’t bother!!"

Ugh! Worse Homewood Suites we have ever stayed in! Upon arrival reception clerk could barely look up from her phone; absolutely no info on anything hotel related - she didn’t even point out where the elevators were! Room NOT as reserved, dirty, needed updating. DO NOT stay in this hotel. Many other choices in the same area. BTW - sent this review to hotel 48 hours ago and “crickets “. Tells you how much they care.

Worst stay of our lives! The A/C was not working,78 in our room and they offered no help, no maintenance, nothing! Then my wife tried to do laundry, those didn’t work and the clothes actually got stuck in the machine and the maintenance guy didn’t care and said if you break it, you will owe $250 for a new door. Luckily a nice cleaning person helped her and got the clothes. A disgusting place, no help and pot smells every hallway! STAY AWAY

We complained because the kitchen floor and the bathroom floor was so slippery you couldnt even stand up. Asked if it could be cleaned and mopped. Nothing was done. Also couldnt breath because of all the marijuana being smoked in our hallway or a room close by. Nothing was addressed after speaking with the staff at the front desk. Not sure if we stay again.

Proximity to airport.

A pile of dirty towels in the pool to the ceiling. My AC was broken. I asked twice and the 3rd time someone said go to my 3rd floor room and come back if the problem is still occurring. Staff was rude and appeared preoccupied when I requested assistance. Pool tiles broken and dirty.
