Homewood Suites Columbus - Airport

The stay was okay, we got there about 250 and the room was not ready until 315, check-in was at 3 and lets just say staff was friendly at all no apology of anything for the room being late. Booked a fireplace suite but didnt get that but we just rolled with it didnt want to wait any longer or walk back down to complain. Room wasnt even clean but okay. Hotel is large and the room spacious. Breakfast was just okay very few options. The stay was just okay.

Forgot an important document when I went on this work trip. The front desk printed it out for me. I really appreciated that!

The staff was everything you want when you stay someplace they where rock stars so sweet and attentive it made up for the rest of our stay

The pool needs some work chipped tiles and the room should have had a more thorough cleaning there where dishes and food left In The fridge from the previous guest and cheese on the floor the shampoos where not fully stocked and the shower and the shower curtain was wet from the previous guest the bed was a little to firm for my taste

7 out of 10 for clean room Let let people smoke funny cigarettes in the rooms. Breakfast is 6-9 and 8:30 most of it is gone and they don’t refill. About 10 people was looking for breakfast It was 80° in the dining room that morning. Weirdly it was 65° when i checked in the day before.

⭐️⭐️I’m not going to lie - READ THE OTHER COMMENTS TOO. I’m staying here because the suites are spacious and the layout works well for my kids but this place is not what I expected. Cleanliness continues to be an issue. The fitness room was dirty and clearly not swept, and the furniture in my room was stained and worn. The mattress was flat and uncomfortable, definitely all of them may need to be checked and in need of replacement. Breakfast is VERY minimal, and unfortunately, one of the staff members (the black lady with an attitude) was downright RUDE during service and many others said she’s been like that the past few days. While the front desk staff last night is polite (light-skinned young lady) and the manager tries to address concerns with the standard basic replies to each comment, there’s a definite lack of consistency in upkeep and hospitality at this particular location.

The property was quiet with very nice staff. We came from Florida and the hospitality of this property was greatly welcomed. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The breakfast tasted great as well.

Nice, quiet area. Hotel was very clean, staff very nice and personable. Free breakfast was simple--nothing fancy, but good. Room was very clean and very comfortable with all the amenities.
