We were fortunate enough to have the Accessible 2-Bedroom (King, 2 Doubles)/2-Bath (both with tubs) Suite that was extra roomy — with windows that opened for a breeze. There was an ice machine on the 1st floor, close to the Fitness Room (free weights) and a delightful indoor pool (plenty of towels). Breakfast was some really, really good scrambled egg, sausage, homemade potatoes, plenty of breads and bagels, even fresh apples/bananas. The hotel was sold out our night but you’d never know it because the whole operation ran smoothly. Good show, GM Shawn!

"EARLY Check In!"

I sit here in the lobby wanting to share my experience. We came in as a group for the Ohio State Football game and we were welcomed promptly by the front desk. The lobby was clean and looked newer for sure. The Manager, Shawn, quickly called housekeeping to ensure we could check in early on a Saturday. We got in around 1. The room was clean, spacious and most important COLD! We will be back for future OSU games!

"Old and run down like most Ohio hotels I’ve stayed"

Paint peeling from the wall, bathtub was old and gross. First floor hallway smelled like mildew. We had to get our key renewed every day, the phone key stopped working after the first day. But it was close to the airport and the breakfast area was well taken care of.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great. The rooms weren't as clean as I would have liked. There were pistachio shells under the bed as well as a discarded plastic bag from the previous tenants. The shower was showing signs of aging ...cracks and mildew in the caulk.
