The Westin Poinsett, Greenville

Great staff! Shout out to Chaz who picked us up at the airport and talked about the city and all of the things to do in the city while visiting!!

Terrible experience with their customer service as well as the customer service from booking.com. I prepaid for this room and the Westin said they could not collect payment from you and ended up charging me again for the room. I now have to go through the process of getting my Monday refunded

Excellent breakfast and Tessa made the experience at breakfast even better! Thank you to the managers and team at the front desk which included Jay,Celine,Ari and Kezia. They were friendly and worked hard to get us a bigger room. This was helpful as I was a little bit under the weather.

Wonderful staff. Enjoyed the piano bar. Check-in and check-out a breeze. Would recommend when staying in the Greenville area.

Ari at front desk made my last minute checkin effortless and smooth. My friend and I absolutely loved the location in the heart of downtown greenville with a beautiful view of Main Street! Such a great ambiance at the bar with a lovely pianist. Did not disappoint one bit!

The Poinsett is my home away from home! As a person who lives in hotels for much of the year, this is my number 1 and just about the only hotel that I can peacefully sleep in. Every single person that works here elevates the experience of your stay! From the moment you pull into the valet area (with the best valet team ever), you will feel relaxed and taken care of! Once in the gorgeous lobby, front desk attendants like Jay will accommodate your every desire. The Poinsett is the most sparkly of gems!! See y’all soon!!

We chose the Westin Poinsett for our annual company meeting and left amazed at the level of service at this hotel. Every single employee, from the bell man to the event coordinator was personable, professional, and highly accommodating to each of our needs. Multiple people attending the conference commented on how beautiful the hotel and conference spaces were, how comfortable their hotel rooms were, how good the food was and the friendliness of the staff. I am so glad we chose this location, we will definitely be visiting again. Evelyn and Beth in particular were extremely patient and kind. Coordinating large scale company conferences is stressful but they didn’t bat an eye and we knew everything would come together thanks to them! Thank you to everyone at the Westin Poinsett- you made our conference seamless and memorable!

I booked a room for my parent’s anniversary and they were extremely happy with their stay. They had a great view of downtown as well as complimentary breakfast. Arianna at the front desk gave them top notch service. She went above and beyond to ensure their stay was comfortable, even adding a few thoughtful touches that made them feel truly valued. Thank you!
