"Tea-Time at the Westin’s Spoonbread"

Mary was a great resource for our daughter’s bridal shower afternoon tea. We needed to have the tea on the Saturday after thanksgiving, due to travel plans. They generally do not schedule their “teas” on the weekend of the holiday. Mary reached out to the chef and they agreed to host our tea. The table was set beautifully. Their staff were kind and helpful . The food was delicious. We would recommend them for any special occasion or breakfast/lunch anytime!!

"Holiday Package-The Home Alone Experience"

We stayed at The Westin for their holiday package called The Home Alone Experience. We got a one night stay, ice cream, pizza and a Limo ride just like Kevin does in the movie. We also got to watch both movies and a gift card to the toy store downtown. We really enjoyed this experience. It was a nice, quick getaway.

"Best Hotel Experience in Greenville"

I stayed at the hotel weekly from May of 2025 through early December of 2025 while engaged with a client in the area. I enjoyed a great experience and especially want to thank some members of the staff for wonderful service during my stay. I would like to recognize Jeff in sales, Waldo and John in the lobby bar and restaurant and Cindy in the restaurant in the mornings. Each of these individuals helped make an extended stay a nice experience. Their service is exceptional and each of these individuals helped to make a weekly trip a warm and welcoming experience. Thank you to the Westin Poinsett and a wonderful staff.
