"5 stars in every way, especially for the amazig staff!"

Absolutely amazing staff! Due to an ice storm in our city, the hotel was packed with people (including my husband and me) seeking electricity, internet, hot showers and good food. The icy roads prevented many hotel staff from getting to work, but the people who were able to come took care of every guest efficiently and with good humor. Among the outstanding folks were Mary (restaurant manager), Melanie (front desk), and Chris & Danny (normally doing other jobs but filling in at the very busy bar!). Special kudos to the ever-gracious GM, Fabian, for hiring these stars and for being on the scene 24/7 to take care of guests and staff alike. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the gym had everything we needed. The food at the restaurant and room service was plentiful and well prepared. A 5-star stay!

Shout to the staff that worked. We chose to stay 2 extra nights due to the storm. The staff did an excellent job during this time. We appreciate each of you for your commitment. I loved how especially the restaurant was very involved in their service.

"Staff!"

We went to Greenville for my birthday this past weekend. It happened to be resturant week, a candle light concert and a play in town. Unable to find a "good" reservation we reached out to Janice, the concerigue at the hotel. She was friendly, attentive and made sure to get us squared away. We enjoyed dinner. Our room was nice and when we returned we had recieved a dessert and a handwritten note. These are the details that make things special. Highly recommend! Thanks Janice!

We enjoyed the location of the property and the fact that they have 24 hour room service really sets this hotel apart.

Parking was challenging the second night due to an event taking place near the hotel.

"The Best place to stay in Greenville!"

The Westin Pointsett is beautiful. We stayed there for a couple nights recently and we were in a suite. There was a sitting room with a couch and chair and desk. Adjacent was the bedroom and bathroom that were appropriately appointed with Westin linens-which are spectacular. The hotel was decorated for Christmas still and it is stunning. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars!
