Above average hotel, great location but what sets this hotel apart is the staff! Staff is the best i have seen for a very long time. From the management, front desk, wait staff and down to the room service staff. Extremely help, professional and personable. Made our stay a great one!

I felt like an absolute princess during my stay at this hotel. A special shout-out to Rick and Jorge. They were truly amazing and made me feel so welcomed throughout my stay. Everything was spotless, spacious, and beautifully elegant. The hotel bar had such a charming atmosphere, complete with a piano that made the evenings feel extra special. And the warm chocolate chip cookies? The perfect touch of comfort! The location couldn’t have been better—right in the center of the Greenville making it easy to explore and enjoy everything around. Truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back!

My husband and I were in town to celebrate my recent retirement and our 29th wedding anniversary. When The Westin got wind of this, they surprised us with champagne and fruit. I highly recommend The Westin Poinsett for all your celebrations.

What a wonderful experience! Our group of Ladies just had our annual luncheon at The Spoonbread. We usually have around 22 sign up for our monthly luncheons at various restaurants in Greenville but lo and behold we had 36 sign up for The Spoonbread as it is always a special time. Mary and Sylvia made sure that everyone was served promptly, had a delicious meal and the type of service The Spoonbread is known for! True Southern elegance is why we come back year after year as a group. Individually we visit even more often. The Sunday brunch is also the best in town!

The Westin Poinsett is a true 10/10 experience every time. The staff is exceptionally kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. There is a pianist that plays every night at in their lobby and you can find the best brunch in their restaurant Spoonbread! + If you are looking for the perfect place to host a wedding or small event - their ballrooms are PERFECT. So many options for events of any size and Spoonbread can host the most unique and special occasions (like baby showers, graduation dinners, etc.) You can truly sense that management pours care and pride into their team, which shines through in the way every guest (and everyone) is treated. We had our daughter’s wedding at the Westin in October. We had a great experience from the first contact with Sarah Baker and her professionalism and kindness and care for our good experience to the hotel staff working diligently to get the welcome bags right for our guests. The wait staff and banquet manager were excellent and the team really showed care and concern to make us feel like family.
