I was had a stay booked for 8/16, upon arrival we saw construction was being done. We pulled into Valet to ask were the self parking garage due to the amount of stuff we needed to bring in. The valet guy told us the Parking garage was around the corner but did not explain the amount of construction and the distance we had to walk through to get back to the hotel. He did not offer the shuttle or anything, he had the nerve to laugh when I asked him why didnt he inform us of the conditions Both TVs in the room would not display actual TV channels, the lady and front desk was great and apologized. From the parking garage there were no clear directions to hotel, the casino personal could not inform us how to get to Hotel.
