Bally's Baton Rouge Hotel

Very nice esthetic hotel. Little availability to buy snacks and drinks that were overpriced. No fridge or microwave in the room. Construction around the hotel was inconvenient. The amenities or slim to none and wouldnt stay there again.

Valet for additional cost, or self park far away from hotel. Our vehicle had a cargo carrier which would not fit in either parking garage and no lot available. Had to park at a fitness center away from hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Only had one hiccup. Miss understanding about the shuttle service. But we addressed the problem & Bally’s makes it right. Room was a bit small & there’s no fridge or microwave. But other than that we had a very pleasant experience. My husband & I were extremely impressed with the staff. 👍👍😊

It was pretty good, although the main Casino was in a complete state of renovation and not open. I suspect that included the pool and was also the reason behind the lack of on-site dining options (non-existent).

The rooms were nice bit the check in process was a nightmare. They might want to put on site that everything in that hotel is card only. Most of the staff was easy to talk too.

Very nice overall

I was extremely disappointed just trying to get onto the property to check in was a challenge. It has streets cut off on one side construction equipment and debris on the other side.

It is a work in progress. My TV didn't work and multiple plugs in the room didn't work. They also did not clean the room. The staff was all very friendly and helpful.

No restaurants on site, no breakfast, no parking. Hotel is clean but that’s it no amenities at all.

Staff was nice and friendly, rooms need a lot of work. Air conditioning needs to be better. Can't turn ac lower than 72
