Bally's Baton Rouge Hotel

Very noisy early morning hrs due to construction. TV didn’t work properly….no sound No amenities out in the morning Parking behind building and dim lit at night … not safe I feel Employees were very friendly and polite

Well overall I had a wonderful experience! The employees were very nice and friendly. I can’t wait to come back after renovations is done.

The hotel is still under construction, the rooms are “modern” exposed cemented balances drilled hole in the ceiling. AC not working or limited to 72 degrees. We booked a room for two days for my husbands bowling tournament. We booked not checking amenities, as we should’ve, having a dog. A Maltipoo 12pounds emotional support dog. We got to the hotel staff helped us in vallet seeing our family, 5yo a 10m and myself 6m pregnant,our dog and husband. We get inside the hotel check in, staff see us and our dog, one says how cute our dog was and gave us our room keys. We head to our room after a long 7hour drive to relax, husbands first day of bowling at 7:30pm we decided to leave the dog since he was exhausted from the drive + he’s 10yo. We return approximately around 11:45pm from the tourny to our room key not working. Security says “oh you guys are the ones with the dog, you’re going to have to see the front desk.” We proceeded to the front and the gentleman states we have to leave the hotel premises since we have a dog, dogs are not allowed. I start to have anxiety telling him how are they going to kick us out at midnight for something that should have been told to us when we checked in. After going back and forth for about 15mins the gentleman contacted the manager and explained that our dog was an emotional support dog, I have the license to show. The gentleman said that because he was an ESA we could stay only for the mgr to kick us out the next day. Worse experience ever!

Parking was terrible long walk from self parking, had to move rooms due the bathroom toilet not working, no dining options just snacks. No mini refrigerator in room was not worth the price

Clean and new, but no amenities! Disappointing. Parking is quite a distance away and the walk is not easy. No food options nearby.

the rooms looked unfinished for a LUXURY hotel concrete was the decor walls and ceiling the floor was cold and not carpeted had a leak in bathroom and had to change rooms rather than get it fixed so it flooded the hall by next morning and had to listen to the carpet cleaner in the hall to clean up water for leak all morning. the only thing good about the stay was the staff they were amazing

Was a very comfortable and clean stay!! Everyone was extremely hospitable!

Valet parking fee rediculous for just the hotel, no casino. No close parking for hotel besides valet. No type of food offering besides snacks and juice. Ad says see sister company, but not that close to this hotel.
