Bally's Baton Rouge Hotel

They’re in the process of renovating but it was still a great stay. Rooms were amazing and updated, staff were all friendly and welcoming just a great stay.

Can’t wait for the place to finish renovations. Could use a hotel bar but I’m sure that’s being built soon.

The hotel is in construction and not complete.

The hotel was convenient to surrounding areas we needed to attend. However, bed was uncomfortable, commode was clogged for a day and 1/2, no casino on sight (had to walk around the block to get to temporary casino), shuttle bus to sister casino was down. No refrigerators in rooms. Staff were wonderful,

We were pleasantly suprised at how helpful the staff was to accomdate us in many ways. The site had construction going on but no debris or noise.

In my opinion they rushed to open hotel before it was ready. We had water seeping through the tiles on our floor where we had to leave towels on floor to soak up the water. I also think employees need more training and to focus on the customers instead of their personal phones. We had a shuttle driver(female) that was on her phone from the moment she picked us up to the moment she dropped us off. At check out employee was on her personal phone and asked us to wait while she finished her call. I think there should be more focused on customer service than their phones. Overall they were helpful and friendly.

Hotel is and will be beautiful when completed. The surrounding area needs help. No amenities at all, currrnt casino questionable Needs a better way to get to the lobby from parking garage due to construction .

Under construction. Parking is an inconvenience unless you want to pay for valet. No pool. No dining options. One way streets so it takes longer to get from parking garage (and hopefully you don’t get stuck by train). We asked for housekeeping and they literally just put new towels on bed. Didn’t make bed, take out trash, anything else. Won’t stay here again.

Don't stay here. Bad crime in area. No amenities.

Shuttle abandoned me at the Queen. Taken there for dinner. Told it would return in 40 min. Waited 20 min beyond that and then walked back 30 min to hotel. Thanks for that. Room needs refrigerator and microwave since no food service onsite during renovation.
