The property was lovely. It is a shame they took money from my card after I returned to the UK and are now not responding to emails.

I was asked to put my card down for a security deposit. 3 days after I returned to the UK they took this money out, even though my hotel bill had been paid in full. I’ve tried to contact them several times.

This hotel will be great once the major renovation construction is completed but until then it is a four star experience. The new pool area is beautiful and the modern rooms are nice though not big (typical hotel room size). I liked the decor of the new rooms. Our rooms faced the side street with a partial ocean view and a full-on view of the construction debris. They were jack hammering early and loading debris as late as 8:30pm! The location is great - across from the beach and a 10 minute walk to the Medina. The breakfast buffet was solid. Finally I need to comment on the service of a couple of the front desk staff. I don't know if they went to Paris to get trained in "French customer service" given this is a French chain but it was stunning in how they responded to a simple request for a second chair for our balcony. They felt it better to argue with the customer on why they couldn't do so then to just fulfill this easy request. Unbelievable.

Le staff était tres profesionnel, et la chambre été supper confortable avec wifi .

Le petit déjeuner mérite un peut moin 1 étoil . Il y a vraiment rien a manger, pas de choix pas de qualité, un petit déjeuner qu’in oeut avoir dehors a 15 Dirhams, car il y avait que le petit omlette et le pain plus café ai lit, si non, il y a rien a manger pour le petit dèjeuner avec un supplement rien a voir avec ce que vous,allez reçevoir comme repas, il sera mieux de prendre l’hotel et manger dehors, le service dans la chambre aussi ( vous aurez pleinemebt des choix sur le menu, mais quand vous les appeller, il vont vous dire que 90% des repas qui sont sur leur menu ne sont pas disponible ), alors il faudra choisir les,sandwich, si non moi j’ai me suis fait livré a manger par un livreur de l’éxtérieur apresavoir prendre le petit room service .

Situation. Très bon petit déjeuner.
