Big, clean, comfortable room. Freshly renovated. Pet friendly. Great, friendly service. Great pool. Free reserved, secure parking on the street in front of the hotel. Great breakfast. Excellent location on beach and very close to medina. Good wifi. Very quiet. Perfect, really.

"A luxury stay in Essouria."

Perfect location overlooking the beach and a few minutes walk from the Medina. The newly refurbished bedrooms are luxurious and the outdoor pool area is stunning with new sun loungers. The food at breakfast and the restaurant at the beach was of the highest standard. The staff are so friendly and helpful. We almost didn't book this because of some of the negative reviews about the renovations. We did not have any negative experience. The indoor pool wasn't available but we knew this beforehand. The outdoor pool is a great size for doing lengths. During our stay, reception moved to their new grand entrance without any disruption. Also, during our stay, they opened a temporary dining room whilst the main one was renovated...this did not cause any disruption. This was a wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel.

This hotel has obviously raised its status since the renovations. The only area requiring attention is the bar, often not manned by staff. This meant guests could be waiting a long time or have to seek service at reception. Also, one of the female staff we think being trained was very dismissive and impolite. This was not our experience of any of the other staff who were so cheerful and courteous.

Lovely hotel with outstanding, friendly, helpful staff. Special thanks to Sahid on reception. Very comfortable beds. The restaurant on the beach serves delicious food. The hotel is in easy walking distance to the medina. Would definitely recommend.

Bed clean and comfortable. Room clean

No where to hang towels. Black mould in shower. Water leak over bathroom floor. Got fixed but still leaked. Restaurant on top floor not fit for purpose. Food cold, had been left sitting.
