The location - across the road from the beach and a 10 minute walk from the medina

We made a non-refundable booking and once our reservation had been confirmed, we received a message saying they were doing renovations so the indoor pool at the spa wasn’t open. The renovations were extensive and were very noisy during the day.

Aktualnie jedynym atutem tego obiektu jest położenie, widok na ocean, super obsługę na hotelowej plaży i fajną restaurację przy deptaku.

Obiekt się sypie ! Hotel jest aktualnie remontowany ale wciąż przyjmuje gości. W moim pokoju pękały ściany, tynk na tarasie się sypał, było brudno, korek w wannie się nie otwierał, korek w umywalce nie działał, pilot nie działał .... OKROPNIE. Przyszedł technik, który wycierał w mój biały łazienkowy ręcznik brudne, otoczone smarem przyrządy do przepychania odpływu. Naprawdę trudno nawet opisać poziom serwisu używając słów uznanych za kulturalne. Byłam w tym hotelu w zeszłym roku i śniadania były naprawdę różnorodne i świeże, w restauracji było pełno ludzi. W 2026 r. jakby ktoś odmienił tam wszystko. Na śniadaniach nie ma prawie nic oprócz jajek i pieczywa. Reszta bardzo słaba. Ludzi na śniadaniach brak, bo kto zapłaci 18 EURO za dwa jajka sadzone i kawę ? NIKT. lepiej iść na miasto i za te pieniądze zjeść naprawdę cudowne śniadanie. Po wielu próbach naprawienia wszystkich problemów w pokoju, zaproponowano nam zmianę pokoju na pokój w wyremontowanej części od strony basenu. Te pokoje są o połowę tańsze od tego który wykupiłam ! Czujecie ? zapłaciłam bardzo duże pieniądze za pokój z widokiem na OCEAN, który był totalnie zniszczony i zrujnowany a oni mi proponują pokój za połowę ceny bez jakiegokolwiek zwrotu. WSTYD.
