L'ubicazione, vicino al porto.

Colazione scarsa, poca frutta, dolci non freschi. Una colazione marocchina non internazionale e sicuramente non da albergo 5*. Caffè nei termos tenuti in caldo, non c'è né la macchina per self service e meno ancora un servizio di caffetteria. Non ci sono succhi freschi (e neppure confezionati), assai deludente. Il ristorante e il bar sono chiusi a tempo indefinito. Il room service per un club sandwich, che viene da non so dove, è arrivato dopo 50 minuti, freddo e con le patatine ormai immangiabili . Ho utilizzato la SPA per un massaggio ma la terapista è molto sui generis, non distingue tra un massaggio e l'altro. L'albergo ha bisogno di manutenzioni, balconi scrostati, vetri rotti nelle aree comuni, ecc. le bottoniere dell'ascensore tutte sporche e mai pulite in 3 giorni. Deprimente. Marzo è considerato bassa stagione ma ho pagato più di € 230 a notte, non li vale, in un Paese dove la gente li guadagna in un mese, hanno tariffe internazionali. L'unica cosa positiva è l'ubicazione, vicino alla Medina. Mi spiace dirlo ma non lo consiglio, a meno che lo sistemino.

Le personnel a été très attentionné, disponible et accueillant. La chambre était vaste et très propre. J’ai apprécié le balcon donnant sur la piscine. L’établissement fait face à la mer et il y a un accès à la plage. Tout s’est bien passé.

Excellent emplacement à 7 min à pied de l'entrée de la médina. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Chambre très propre avec immense lit confortable.

La piscine intérieure était fermée et les prix du Spa pour le hammam et les massages étaient très chers ( le double par rapport aux prix dans les spas autour de l'hôtel). Pas de parapluie à disposition alors que nous avons eu 3jours de pluie....
