It’s clean and very friendly

This place was absolutely amazing and just like the pics!! Our villa was very clean and spacious!! I loved that it’s in a gated community and still close to lots of restaurants and shops. It exceeded my expectations!!

What a nice, comfortable resort, great staff, nice amenities. Then…..screaming unsupervised unruly kids in the pool till 10 pm screaming up a storm. The shrill kind of screaming keeping you on edge till you can’t stand it any longer, wondering if the parents are that foolish or just needing to drop the kids off and party…..EXTREMELY annoying and no direct number to request that these brats show some kind of respect for the resort as the parents do not obviously care!! We hear them clearly on the 5 th floor,!!!!!!!!!

The pool is great and it’s really nice here.

Room was spacious, updated and clean

The staff was great and the grounds are OK .. There is a lot of construction in the area for new homes and some of those workers sneak in and park in the Marriott lot meant for the Marriott visitors, but nobody checks for those vehicles that don't belong there and has them towed away, which is why they continue to park there and take up spaces that are meant for Marriott visitors. But that is minor compared to the problems within the buildings ! We will never come back here due to the lack of maintenance on the doors of every unit! The automatic door closers should be adjusted so the doors of each unit DO NOT SLAM when they close !!! I have been here for almost a week and have been awakened by trailer trash level of people who leave their units at 5, 6, 7 AM and let their doors SLAM and wake up EVERYONE within 100 feet of their unit on their floor as well as units above and below them !!! You will never change the habits of people who are too stupid to realize when they let their door slam they are waking up probably around 20 people who are in units surrounding their unit !!! We came here to relax after 2 years of successful cancer treatments and could NOT do so because of these people who slam doors very early in the morning !! MARRIOTT MANAGEMENT has to direct their maintenance staff to adjust EVERY DOOR IN EVERY UNIT so it is IMPOSSIBLE for them to slam in order ensure their visitors do not have to suffer loss of sleep due to the stupidity of other visitors with NO REGARD FOR OTHERS !!!!!
