Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, Shreveport

This was my 1st time staying here and i was impressed and enjoyed my stay. I wish I could have stayed longer

The check in was amazing I can not remember the lady that check me in. She was amazing and with above and be young. I need just so water for me and my family. She made it happen. The room was exceptional

Very quiet hotel and casino very limited on the amenities the hotel is outdated and dark

Everything was great

Staff was outstanding. My bathroom was filthy with grim and stains of all sorts . I went and purchased clorox to clean the tub/shower, sink/sink counter top/sink base, toilet, bathroom ottoman, floor near tub.

Better than I expected. Room was very spacious and had comfortable lighting. View of the river was nice. Staff is doing their best, people were extremely friendly and helpful. Employment issues are hitting everyone.

The price was very good. It is a nice hotel, just a little old and in need of repair in some area. Overall, very satisfied.

Unauthorized charges to my credit card that was held out of my deposit. Sam's town front desk said charges were from my room for card being declined through hotels.com which card was charged. Very dissatisfied with all involved

From the security guard (Coach) that walked me to the front desk, to the receptionist, to the gentleman working in the cafe, to the quietness of the place, it was a great stay, and appreciate everyone I talked to.
