Great location and awesome staff

We have stayed in this hotel many times. It has a very beautiful white sandy beach. It’s incredibly clean because they frequently remove seaweed.

My family has been vacationing at the Blue Water for over 30 years so this is a place near and dear to my heart! The updated rooms are really nice- especially the rooms in the patio area. We had a king bed and a sofa bed room which worked out perfectly for me, my husband and my two kids. My one major complaint is that there aren’t any chairs outside of the patio rooms anymore. Please put the chairs back!! There are chairs outside of every other “outdoor” room including at the Riviera hotel. There is nowhere to sit and enjoy the outside patio area. We loved the Blue Water pool and the Riviera pool as well as the beach. The towels, chairs, and umbrellas at the beach are always appreciated! The addition of the mini game room was enjoyed by my children (and myself! I love PAC Man!) The snack bar is ok- a few good items to choose from. We did not appreciate that gratuity is already included on the food and bar drinks. $6 for a diet soda is a little crazy! We made our own breakfasts and lunches and then ordered takeout for dinner. Something to note is that they’ve brought back some of the simple services that they took away in last years including taking your room trash, replacing towels, and sweeping the floor. Overall, we still love coming here and it’s a wonderful place for couples and families. Please bring back the chairs at the patio!!

The only good experience was the beach-it's beautiful! Our reception was terrible being an Expedia customer - just given our room key and charged an additional $25.00 per day parking fee. Given a resort map with our building noted, and another with the Resort's amenities The facility overall is needing updating and repairs.. Our room had a leaking toilet - seal was broken.. water collected on the floor. AC was extremely loud - reported the toilet issue and no one wanted to address. It became an ordeal to have reception understand! Maintenance finally came to the front desk, and I had to walk him up to the room to show what was happening and he agreed could not fix issue in short time. Asked of an alternate room an told they were full up. Asked for refund and the woman was not sure how to address being an Expedia booking-finally after I became loud and more vocal at the front desk, a manager came forward and gave us another room. The room was better, but we had no room cleaning service and going to the front desk to inquire was of no help! I finally stopped a staff cleaning woman on our floor, and she pleaded she was not responsible for our end of the hall for room service, but after I pushed for help, she did go and find who was and they finally cleaned the room - our check out was the next morning. The hallway and staircase had a gas odor every morning and dissipated by late afternoon of note the indoor pool and restaurant on lower level This property is understaffed!

Very nice location being directly on the beach. Rooms are updated but the rest of the resort could use some love. (Hallways and outdoor areas) Pools are small. Umbrella and chair service was a nice bonus for the beach. Good daily activities for small kids.

Check in was smoothe, the room was dirty with sand once we walked in, the toilet was not cleaned. spoke with the lobby multiple times due to the water not draining in the tub, couldn’t take proper showers with my 3 children maintence never came, before i checked out i let them know again

wonderful experience, perfect place for family vacations! easy access to bar, pools, restaurants, beach, chairs, umbrellas and towels available on the beach, this makes all the difference, helpful staff!
