location was good , room was clean, when i saw staff they were very helpful.

There was no coffee available in the morning. no coffee maker in room. restaurant did not open til 10am. its a pain in the neck to enter the country club as a guest. there is only one entrance and when making a left turn there is only room for 4 cars in line. one night i had to wait for four light changes to get in. I never could get a hold of reception, they never answered my phone call. the toilet got stopped up and there was no plunger in the room. the place is not walking distance to anything. they also told me there would be sofa in the room, and I was planning on have a friend come and stay with me and he would have slept on the sofa. He ended up not coming which was good cause there was no sofa just a chair.

The single restaurant staff was very helpful agreeable and pleasant.

No sink where the microwave and fridge were. And the last night we were there, the key did not work so we had to track down somebody who could open our door, which took up to 40 minutes.

Check in and check out was fast. Location was good. Grounds were well kept. Nice to have a mini-frig and microwave oven.

The satellite TV (DirecTV) didn't work at all. By the time staff could come look at it, our stay was over :( The room above us had a hard floor and we could hear every step taken from the guests staying above us :( No coffee available in room. No breakfast and no coffee available at the restaurant on site which doesn't open until 10am!

Location was nice.

I was very displeased with the fact that there was no internet service ven though I continued to request help each and every day of my stay at this resort. That was unacceptable.

Old room and smelled bad

It was a horrible experience to say the least for 160.00 per night! No towels, had to beg for more TP, room filthy with other people’s hair. Mold in the shower, drain in sink not working. No blanket for the cold at night, a TOTAL disastrous stay for a lot of money. Don’t recommend this place at all! Will never stay there again. And the TV was disastrous also. Very very disgusting indeed….the room was never cleaned. I gave up running to the receptionist for things. Should not be a hotel at all!
