The location and the access

Things are pretty old, the bathroom faucet was way out of whack and we had no cold water. You need extra blankets and pillows. There isn’t exactly a front desk but the gal that works there Marika was wonderful.

This place is dated .. It’s not clean.. The lamp didn’t work and it had a bad smell in the room

Staff room I suppose get refund for cancel staying Until now after four times calling. Still not get my refund.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable

No Bath soap no ice no coffee. No cups for water. TV kept turning off and on. Had to carrie luggage up stairs.check in hard to find

The property was beautiful

Number one I didn’t like about it was an assigned us to a room that was already occupied when we unlock the door. The TV was going. The bed wasn’t made. They were clothes all over the room. They reassigned us to another room which had two queen size beds, one towel in the room and aNumber one I didn’t like about it was a assigned us to a room that was already occupied when we unlock the door. They reassigned us to another room which had two queen size beds, one towel in the room and a toilet paper holder that was half there only you could even put the toilet paper on it so therefore the toilet paper was sitting on the back of the toilet. We went up to talk to the manager she would not come out and talk to us and to this day still has not talked to us. They are just very unprofessional there. Their rooms are not worth the cost and you’re not gonna get what you reserved anyways apparently. The shower was not even clean.

I didn’t feel safe, when I got in my room the door didn’t have a deadbolt on the inside of the room. The door lead to the outside. I didn’t even stay I left and stayed at another hotel.
