You cannot beat the location! The room was spacious, had all the essentials and was easy to check in.

While I wasn’t expecting the Ritz, it definitely leaves a little to desire. It met all our needs, but don’t count on anything extra or super nice. We prepared for the worst of the worst reading past reviews but we were content and were prepared if things fell short. I think if there’s anything that really needs to be improved, it’s maintenance and things were really outdated. It has sooo much potential.

The property is quite large & beautiful, with a large golf course, pro shop, restaurant & I assume condos. The hotel is smaller, two 2-story buildings & located a small distance from the other facilities. The room was quite large & also included a microwave, ice bucket & small refrigerator.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee pot in the room nor were there glasses, even in the bathroom. When I called the office, I was advised that glasses are not provided in the room. However, the young man who checked me in at the pro shop immediately drove to my room on a golf cart with ice & glasses. There was also no telephone in the room. I had my cell phone with me. However, because of the logistics, in an emergency, having no phone in the room to immediately contact the front desk could be a problem.

Breakfast was not provided. There was one house keeper and she was doing her best to keep up but clearly not enough help. There was no check in staff on site anymore, we had to go to golf course. We like access to the tennis and pickleball facilities.

The place was dirty, especially in the room corners. The refrigerator was noisy making it annoying when sleeping. We didn’t have enough pillows the first night. The property has been steadily declining over the years.

Location good!

Difficulty in locating the registration office. Toilet was broken, fixed it my self. Cover for light over bathroom sink was not on. No sink available near microwave. Nothing available for microwave use: bowls, cups. No coffee maker. Hair dryer didn't work.

Location was good. Check in was smooth.

Mold in the shower. Hole in the ceiling above the sink. Peeling wallpaper. No cups in the room.
