There was something spilt on the radiator that hadnt been cleaned. There was no info in the room about the facilities or spa, no room service info or restaurant menu, no check out info or time of breakfast. The bar menu was over priced

My loft room. I banged my head several times on the sloped ceiling. Also, there was a constant whirring noise coming from the roof. Luckily, l had ear plugs. Without them, l wouldn't have slept.

Hotel is tired and sadly reminded us of a nursing home!! On arrival we were told to wait for 15 minutes until were “allowed” to check in or face a £15 early check in fee. Even the Receptionist recognised this was preposterous given our rooms were ready, but this “service” definitely set the tone for the two day. Sadly the service did not improve, with us having to constantly seek out staff, ask for breakfast dishes to be replenished and the sandwiches served for lunch were stale and had to be returned. Definitely more of a 2 star property, disappointing

The sauna's need some work as the seating was damaged and some of the features didn't work. Also the price of bowling seemed a lot.
