GBArrived early yo see if it was possible to get sn early check-in. Young man behind reception was quite rude when telling me it wasn't possible. Really no need for him to speak to me that way. Also the room was unbelievably hot, even with the windows open. Bed was a little uncomfortable too. Breakfast was nice with a lovely view. Overall not the best value for money but I was attending a nearby wedding and I don't play golf.

Zero Disabled access, No disabled level access showers, not one single wheekchair accessible room in the whole hotel. Disabled parking was a joke. Only 2 spaces and neither were correctly spaced or accessible. BOTH LIFTS Broke down on the day we left , fortunately the wheelchair user had got down to reception before. Toilets in so called 'larger' wheelchair accessible room had NO grabrails , drop down railsand were far too low at 16" high.

The decor,the rooms needed painted,rooms bigger & cleaner.staff friendlier.To know in advance it was a cashless hotel.Round the window in the room needed painted,dust particles floating about everywhere the grout in the bathroom to be clean & mould free.The tap secure in the bathroom & the tap not to be noise.Warm water,more toilet rolls.Vicky's attitude & behaviour in the restaurant on the first morning going for breakfast was terrible & very unprofessional when we arrived at 7am,after being nice to the man in front of us.
