This property's policy is to refuse certain bookings for the purpose of group events or parties, including pre-wedding stag/bachelor and hen/bachelorette parties. La alberca estaba deliciosa, la habitacion grande y muy limpia, la gente del hotel muy amables si regresaria sin ningun problema

La gente que a fuerza te quiere vender sus tiempos compartidos como si estuvieramos en el año 2000, les falta entender a estos complejos que si alguien es inteligente mete su dinero na inversion y con lo que le deja se puede hospedar en cualquier lugar del mundo con tan solo el enganche que piden para estos "planes vacacionales" bien invertido podrian ir a los mejores hoteles en el mundo y no solo una seman

"Wonderful vacation"

The front desk & the staff is very nice. The hotel is very clean But the food wasn’t good and not much variety to choose from such as dessert & Salad. The breakfast was no cheese at all was provided

The view from my room was incredible

"A Peaceful Paradise!"

We just love this resort, and I would just like to give special thanks and acknowledgment to the restaurant called “La Villita.” They treated us so well everyday, for 2 weeks. I would especially like to mention Miguel and Marco, two very fun-loving waiters, who took the time to make our stay extra special and memorable. They went out of their way to make us feel special - we will certainly be back!!! Also I need to mention the remarkable supervisor, Martin, who made sure we were looked after well too!! Thank you team♥️‼️

El personal en general es amable.

Reservé con esta plataforma, y dijeron que lo había hecho fijando precio en dólares (lo cual no estoy segura que así haya sido), y pretendían hacerme el cargo a la tarjeta considerando a 20MXN el dolar...cuando ahí mismo lo toman a 16.40. La diferencia entre compra y venta de la divisas es normal, pero no con ese diferencial abusivo. Cuidado, asegúrense de asegurar su reserva en pesos.
