Es un hotel muy bonito y grande con servicios varios y una alberca muy grande y climatizada. Los cuartos son comodos y tienen todo lo que necesitas con una ubicacion genial.

Un hotel un poco caro y con reglas como vestimenta en restaurantes y cosas asi que quieres olvidar cuendo estas de vacaciones. Ademas el servicio de comida y barra se termina temprano cuando la alberca aun sigue en servicio por varias horas mas.

The Beach, Pool, Location are pretty good. Rooms are good spacious comfortable clean.

Getting onboarded as soon after checking in to sell me some real estate/ time share. Just puts you off after traveling for hours. Noise at nights. Seems the hotel books a lot of weddings and social gatherings. They charged me 95 pesos for a water that should be free in my room to make the generic coffee they give you.

"ROBBED AT THIS HOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE."

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LOCATION. WE GOT ROBBED IN THIS HOTEL BY HOTEL STAFF. WE DID A REPORT AND EVERYTHING AND THEY HAD NO EXPLANATION, NO CAMERA FOOTAGE, NO RECORDS OF WHO CAME IN AND OUT OF THE ROOM WITH KEY WHICH THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE, but oh it didn't work. What a coincidence we spoke to two hotel managers and they had no explanation for us. There names are Jose Cordova and Oscar Gomez and we have proof we were robbed. Our taxi driver overheard out conversation as he was dropping us off at the airport and told us that it was happening frequently at THIS hotel.

"Great staff"

The staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Manuel at the front desk and Eduardo Castaneda on the grounds go out of their way to greet you with a smile, make you feel at home and do everything to make your stay comfortable.
