Independence 47 Hotel

The room was probably the biggest I have ever stayed in. It almost felt like a waste of space but was sure appreciated. Staff was very friendly, pool and hot tub were well maintained. Other guests were not obnoxious and it was nice overall. A coffee pot in the room would have been nice but they offered some 24hr in the

The young woman at front desk was pleasant and knowledgeable. This was by far not the fanciest place I have overstayed, and was a bit pricey for the condition, but overall a nice stay. The area surrounding the hotel appeared safe, but some of the surrounding rooms to us had heavy smokers right outside of our door. Some rooms had trash outside on their patios which wasn't so great. Good location for Spring Training, for sure.

While this is an older hotel and could use some updating, it was very clean. Our room was huge and very quiet. We will stay again in the future.

Hotel was very nice. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It was old & could use a refresher but clean. The bed was comfortable. We had a Queen Double room & it was very spacious. The layout was great. The patio was very nice to have. The grounds were well kept & the pool was warm. The fire table needs to be fixed. We were there when it was very cool especially at night & that would be nice if it was working. Overall we were pleased with our stay!

The beds were awful. Springs poking up and very uncomfortable. No room service for the 3 days we were there. Beautiful courtyard and pool. Easy to find.

The beds were comfortable. Room overall was out dated. Hallways and room smell musty. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything.

unique, nothing in particular. My particular room was 304 and adjacent to an adjoining room. The people next door were indulging in getting high. Much of the stink from marijuana came into my room. After they were high, they were really loud and outside the room yelling. Felt unsafe.

Room was outdated, but clean.

The shower pressure water was so intense, you couldn’t hardly stand under it to shower. No cleaning service of any kind was offered during our week long stay. The bed had a very light weight sheet and an even lighter blanket. No breakfast of any kind. Good location, but the parking lot area had cars in it that never moved.

The staff was absolutely amazing!!! They were so helpful and sweet.
