Royal Hideaway Playacar All Inclusive - Adults only

This turned out to be an amazingly relaxing vacation at Royal Hideaway. I’m only giving 4 stars because of the immense amount of seaweed in the ocean at the time (not the resorts fault). The food was excellent here!! And the grounds are kept immaculate. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind. It’s wasn’t too crowded and the whole resort has an overall quiet atmosphere, but still fun at the main pool with activities. Shopping right across the street with a short walk. Highly recommend visiting this resort in Playa!

Horrible experience at this property. I do not recommend.

This is a great place to stay, a couple of minor things but overall the property and staff are great. Check the time of year because the seaweed(sargassum) was bad and the crew, not with the resort, had no idea how to stay ahead of the problem. Still highly recommend the property.

The Royal Hudeaway is a beautiful resort. The staff goes above and beyond. The food is great. We will definitely return soon.

Awesome place for vacation 100% recommend! Great service and workers are very nice. Food and drinks are exceptional with beautiful views . Cant go wrong with this place. Also it’s gated community!

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing resort. We spent 8 nights here for our honeymoon and would definitely return! Great staff, delicious food! Beware of the sargasso seaweed - it sounds like it is bad during certain times of the year. We were at the resort 6/1-6/9 and the last 2 days it was really rolling in and the beaches were covered.

We loved this resort! Great price and amazing staff! Will definitely be staying here again in the future. We definitely took advantage with the food, drinks and room service being all inclusive! Definitely bring long pants (men) if you’re planning on going to the formal restaurants. We forgot but were able to borrow pants from the resort lol

The Royal Hideaway was an absolutely wonderful and relaxing place to stay. From the moment we arrived, everything felt serene and luxurious. The beach is stunning—clean, peaceful, and perfect for unwinding. The pool area is equally impressive, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to lounge and soak up the sun. The atmosphere throughout the resort is calm and inviting, making it the ideal escape from everyday stress. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
