Overall decent stay but felt overpriced. Food was subpar and rooms were a bit outdated. Staff was awesome and the beach is the nicest on the entire strip of resort.

Todo muy bien . El problema es la terrible lentitud en los restaurantes ( menos PALAZZO) para servir la comida. A veces esperas 45 min cada plato. Y el uso de las piscinas, imposible tener acceso siempre ocupadss

I was disappointed that I had booked a king bed for my wife and I on our honeymoon. Upon arriving I was given a room with two full beds. We explained to the staff the room was not the room they booked. They told us they could not do anything about it. They also told us to give us a king room would be a downgrade. Please note we did not have any type of a view in our room. We were directly facing another building . We explained that a room with two full beds on our honeymoon was a downgrade to us. On our last two nights they finally switched us to a room with a king bed. It was a big hassle as we had to move all of our stuff mid day which interrupted our tour plans. It also took a lot of complaining to make this happen. If we did not complain we would have been stuck sleeping uncomfortably on which should have been a very special trip.

We loved how quiet the resort was and enjoyed being around only adults, however we did not enjoy the food and didn't appreciate the house cleaner stealing my husband's medicine. This was our second time at this resort and unfortunately we won't be returning.

We stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days. All staff are great and friendly. The resort are great too. But the food in this place is mediocre. For breakfast there's only 2 places to go for breakfast and the choices for food is very limited. Food doesn't have a taste also juices and shakes taste like water. But restaurant Azia and Ventanas are great! Room service food are not good. I don't recommend it! If you just looking for place to relax nice and quiet this place is for you. This place needs to improve the lack of entertainment.

Loved our 10 day stay at this place

We just returned from our 3rd stay at RH in Playacar and we had a wonderful vacation for 10 days. We love the resort, the staff, restaurants, food selections and especially the beautiful, clean wide beach. A special thank you to each of the restaurant chefs for assisting me with a serious food allergy. There was always an entree that I could have from the menu and they also went out of their way to make me something specific that I could eat. We will return again.
