The Renaissance did a great job hosting a large medical conference. Service and food exceeded expectations. Grecia Santana in the concierge lounge was a delight to all of her guests. She was extremely busy but always attended to guest requests and was so pleasant.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but my toilet was not working. I’m not sure why maybe clogged …. the wallpaper was peeling in the shower and you could physically see that there was a lot of soap scum - overall I felt disgusted to sleep in my room… the staff were really nice, but I would not stay there again if I had the choice.

The room was dark? We had 3 girls getting ready for a concert and only a single sink. The glasses were dirty or severely water spotted. The TV kept turning off, and then took 10 minutes to restart? At 8am housekeeping was knocking on our door? This woke up me and all the kids. Considering the price I paid for one night, I will try somewhere else next time!
