Holiday Inn Express Dandridge by IHG

Love the view off of the back side. Just wish breakfast was an hour longer. I'm from a different time zone. Hopefully, they can hire more people like the ones they have. A bit overworked, but still great service.

Quick check-in, friendly staff, clean room. Comfortable bed, enjoyed the fitness room and the pool!!!! Didn't have time to enjoy the breakfast but did enjoy the coffee. Betsy was super sweet and accomodating. Easy access to interstate and food right next door!! Highly recommend this hotel

Overall the hotel was okay, the staff during checkout was neither friendly nor rude. Fortunately this does not happen often but......the cleaning staff needs to do a better job with quality control. There is no excuse for having blood stained bed linens still in use. I don't care that they are washed an sanitized, it gives the room a disgusting feel.

Front desk was efficient and friendly. Room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was OK, but everything else was great.

The staff checking me in was rude and seemed annoyed that I was checking in. The room was dirty with stains on the carpet and hairs in the sink, tub and on the bathroom floor. The end of the hallway had two couches in it and a pile of sheets that didn’t get picked up. There was also someone using power tools at 10 pm upstairs that was noisy. Would not recommend

The hotel is ok if you don’t want to use a pool (to small. It’s not a pool. It’s like a hot tub). Some days breakfast was fine but some days they even didn’t have an yogurt. AC is they to loud in the room.

Easy access to food and highway. It looks like the hotel has tried to make improvements, but missed it. The sitting chair was nasty, stained, and old. Carpets look to be original to the building(really dated and stained)

clean, up to date and staff was excellent.

BEWARE PET OWNERS: We stayed 1 night at this hotel. Clean, quiet nice room. Night staff great. There were 3 adults & 1 small dog in our room. We were given a room on the 2nd floor. No one was at desk when we left the next morning. We got billed 4 days later for $100.00 for "dog in room for not letting front desk at check in" . When we checked in we had the dog with us. We told them we had a dog. I even walked our dog around the property and saw guests & staff. We have been traveling with our dog for 4 years. Always, Always disclosed her to desk. Manager will not communicate.

Very comfortable and clean. The maids are working extra hard to turn the rooms. The biscuit and sausage gravy for breakfast was very good. It was also very quiet.
