Holiday Inn Express Dandridge by IHG

Staff was super helpful and facilitated he extension of my stay. Breakfast was free and delicious Definitely would recommend to friends and family and would definitely book here again!

Clean, not very busy, breakfast was good. Easy parking, but mostly behind the building. Shoneys directly across the street, otherwise you have to drive to get some to eat for dinner.

We were unable to stay in our room due to it being very unclean! We had the suite and looked forward to a nice evening after 8. 1/2 hours of driving but the jacuzzi was filthy and the bathroom tub had hair all over it . The front desk assistant was so nice and did not act surprised when she found out the housekeepers name . She even explained that she had to change sheets that night in several rooms. Still waiting on call from manger.

Room needs better cleaning. Hair on bathroom floor. Stains in carpet. Beautiful location. Staff is wonderful.

A very nice facility, which you would expect at a 'Holiday Inn.' A more than adequate complementary breakfast. Nice work-out room. Outdoor pool. They give a nice discount to veterans. Staff is more than helpful.

The bed was super comfortable! They have the best luggage carts ever and were a help to us! No eggs at breakfast though.

We checked in with our dog and the front desk clerk said nothing about our dog and did not place us in a pet friendly room and the hotel tacked an additional $100 fee onto our stay for an "undisclosed pet". We called and emailed to explain that we checked in at the front desk with our pet and the manager said that we brought the pet in the back door, which was completely untrue, and then proceeded to say that they reviewed security footage and that we did not have our dog at check in, which was also completely untrue. I'm seeing other reviews stating that this exact same thing has happened to others at this facility.

Overall ok stay, older hotel with fresh paint kind of feel. Room was clean, bathroom was just ok. The main complaint was that the doors were very light.. Meaning that it felt like when everyone went into their rooms it sounded like doors were being slammed and you could hear that All said it was a good location and price was cheap compared to other decent hotels in the fall for Gatlinburg area

I liked nothing. I would have gotten a better night sleep in my car. Drove 20 hours,went on Expedia and booked this room. The room was room118, behind the elevator. All night long I heard the elevator running up and down. When I commented on it they couldn't help me bc I booked through Expedia.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend it.
