"Comfy bed. Overall updates needed"

The hotel met our needs - mostly a clean comfortable bed. However the hotel looks almost as tired as we were. In need of updates and deep cleaning. Our room was near the elevator and the ice machine so it was a bit noisy. Duvet was stained. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The Hotel was neat and overall clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we were well pleased with our stay. The only negative thing was there were stains on the sheets, bedding and blackout curtains. You could tell the stains on the bedding had been washed and were set-in stains but the curtains we were not sure about.

Everything was nice, including the price. The beds are a little too high for some about 5'5". The breakfast was good, despite probably be scaled back due to COVID-19.
