Spacious and location.

Swimming pool were shut.Rooms were run down.Breakfast-struggled to find anything healthy and not processed.

Nothing about booking.com

Being charged 220.47 for 2 days by booking.com, and then booking only authorized payment to the hotel at half that cost, so they were not going to let me stay for the full 2 days, because even though I paid online beforehand, booking only paid for 1 day to comfort inn. Then, when I tried to check in, the front desk clerk added an additional room to my billing on their end when I only requested a room swap and made the cost go up by another 110.47, bringing my total charges to my bank card to 440.94. Even though I requested a refund, and canceled everything, I've only received 25% of that total. I understand about cancellation fees, but it's been a comedy of errors on booking .com and comfort inn's part. I won't be choosing booking.com or comfort inn hotels from now on.

Breakfast was excellent!!!

When we entered our room around 10 p.m., the A/C was not on. So, the room was hot. It took some time to cool the room. Otherwise, everything else is fine.

Reasonable rates, spacious, clean rooms. strong AC.

Front desk staff seemed fairly unenthusiastic. Common areas like hallways and stairways with carpet had debris on them.
