Gym ventilation was bad and some equipment was not working.

I have not received an invoice for checking out this morning at 8:45am. I am also very disappointed in my stay. I reserved my room online through booking.com and we arrived at 4:30am on 06/21. The woman who checked us in told us she had canceled our room since we didn’t arrive on 06/20; this has NEVER happened to us whenever we have stayed at other hotels. We have never had a room get canceled. We expected to not be charged for 2 nights, being that we arrived early Saturday morning and hoped to be accommodated as an early check in for the one night of 06/21 instead of being charged for 2 nights. And then, to top it off, we were given a handicap room without being told of this. There was a shower chair in our way in the shower, no counter space in the restroom, etc. we were unsatisfied with the room and didn’t want to hassle with requesting another room. This will be put as a review for this hotel. Upon check out, I also provided my phone number to receive a call back to address my concerns and have not received a phone call and not even an invoice. Very disappointing.
