Comfort Inn & Suites Red Oak - Dallas Area

The bed itself was very comfortable

Very small pillows window curtains and rod had mildew smell of pesticide chemical upon walking into room. Checked in bed wasn't made. For breakfast sausages need to cook longer and change paper towels in bottom of pan with sausage meat just laying in grease

My brother and I visited this motel with the thought of staying one night as it was close to where we needed to be, after changing motels to a place on the north airport Dallas and realizing we were in literally hell, I contacted comfort inn and spoke to a man named Jonsey! We were in a situation were I didnt have my credit card but I could pay online for the room, most motels have a policy that say no card. No room, that man came in clutch for my brother and I, I really appreciate what he did for us! Stayed an extra 4 nights. I wish the housekeeping would had visited more than that one time but other than that I again appreciate what this motel did for my brother and I!

Although room was paid for thru booking, comfort inn said they have not been paid and I could show my bank account showing they where paid. Was not able to check in and I am out almost $300. No customer service # to booking!! My advise, stay away from comfort inn hotels and DO NOT USE BOOKING!!

The property was better than I expected

I didn’t like the fact that we did not get the room that I originally booked, but we did get a second room that was kinda similar. It was just smaller. and I hope I do get my difference like the lady told me a refund
