Bed not confortable , very noisy at night and early morning. Lot of construction worker drinking beers in the parking lot.

Breakfast has gone down hill needs improvement Badly

The room service for towels are very inconsiderate they pick up your towels at 9am and don’t replace them with clean towels until after 4pm having you to wait to take a shower. Front desk guy was very rude when I asked for towels at 2 pm

The room was not clean. My sheets had blood stains on them, and my wash cloths and towels were dirty.

Frecuento mucho este hotel por trabajo, pero las 2 últimas veces que nos hemos hospedado no me ha gustado el olor a cigarrillo en el cuarto, las sábanas y fundas huelen feo, creo que no volveré. No es confortable para descansar después de un largo día de trabajo

Breakfast was okay, but it was the same all 4 mornings we were there: apples, yogurt (the 1st day, but not replaced after that), egg patties, sausage gravy with biscuits, raisin bran, toast, and coffee. The juice machine was "out of order" our entire stay. They had a waffle machine, but sometimes it was not warmed up by the atart of breakfast. The area the hotel was in was a bit sketchy. Housekeeping came by to get dirty towels and bring new ones every day.

First room, A/C was broken, second room, no towels. Smell o marijuana is rampant on all floors, hallways. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Marijuana odor will prevent me from staying there again!
