When I arrived the TV wasn't working, and I wasn't unable to reach the front desk for awhile. When I finally got someone the individual never came up. So, I had to figured out what was going on. Eventually, I had to reach behind the TV, tried several plugs, and then the TV came on. Additionally, the shower and mirrors wasn't fully cleaned. The breakfast advertised on the website was misleading and the breakfast area was very untidy.

We stayed for one night. Nice staff which we appreciated. Overall, the stay was fine, but we did notice some small stains on the sheets. It wasn’t a major issue for a short stay, but something to be aware of. Otherwise, the room was good.

This hotel had significant opportunity. The gentleman working the desk was kind and this is so reflection of his hospitality. 45 min after checking in, we left. When we exited the elevator on the floor, there was a man sitting, shoeless, shouting on his cell phone. I did not feel safe in this hotel. The room was booked for non-smoking but had a very strong cigarette odor. There was also a strong mildew smell on the towels in the bathroom.

The room was very noisy. The breakfast was very limited. Eggs were powdered and watery, no yogurt, only a few apples, no bananas.

"Worst hotel stay in my life! Would never recommend this place."

The location was perfect.

The rooms were clean but unfortunately the hallways were dirt you could see dirt everywhere. The place needs a total upgrade: worn out carpets etc. My room only had a towel there was no face towel or wash towel; a real first for me. The place needs to do better than that. The so called buffet was nothing but a total disgrace: only eggs, waffles, biscuits and gravy, two choices of cereal, worst, worst coffee I ever drank in a hotel. Honestly without any bias this place gets only 1 star to be honest.
