The staff was pretty nice, I like the rooms very updated the only thing I didn't care for was the smell of the carpet.. could use a wet vac cleaning other than that the room was very good.. I didn't care for the breakfast! We didn't have any sausages or any bacon on the waffle batter was watered down, in the eggs didn't seem freshly made.. but good parking nice staff reasonable price and close by the IHOP ruby red Tuesdays and cracker barrel which is good lol

Room was clean, safe and comfortable. Could see our motorcycle from the room. Great stay.

This particular Sleep Inn needs to be shut down. Me and my kids were set to check in 5/24 at 3pm. When we arrived at 5pm they checked us in and even allowed us to go up to our room which was still being cleaned at that time. The house keeper was attempting to use the same pillows from last guest check out until I requested to have clean fresh pillows. We continued to wait for over an hour to settle into our room and unfortunately due to it still being cleaned we were moved into a different room that was also still being cleaned. After this I went back down to speak with the clerk about the inconvenience and she offered me one free night that I didn't receive and to speak with management in the morning. The next day I called for towels because there was only one set per guest left in the room and was told they would be right up. After notifying and requesting more towels we waited again for another hour and still didn't receive any. I called the desk to ask again and this time I spoke to the manager on duty by the name of Akshay Patel who was extremely rude and said to me " I will send them and stop calling because you are getting on my nerves and bothering me", then slammed the phone, remind you I only called twice. Following this I went downstairs to speak with him personally and he proceeds to say " this is the problem with you people" and many other rude remarks. At that time me and my kids no longer felt safe or wanted so I demanded cooperates number and a full refund and to be checked out immediately, he told me no and called me out my name. I felt no other choice in order to protect me and my kids to call the police to come help resolve this issue. With it being a private property it was nothing much they could do other than get cooperates information for me. I had no luck with contacting them and receiving a resolution. Our holiday trip was cut short and completely ruined by this company.

Payment was taken before my arrival. I arrived at 2:30 and was told I had to come back at 3 no parking but I could park on side street The staff were all very accommodating

Room was nice, not special. Pocket door to the toilet/shower didn't close easily. Only one place to sit.
