Check in was easy but we walked into a room with no towels and stained sheets. We were met with resistance requesting towels when finally a staff member gave in. The next day, room service came and again, no towels. Overall, okay stay just the hotel is outdated and humid.

Staff never greeted us when we entered the building. When we entered the room it reeked of piss smell and the room and bathroom looked like it never has been cleaned. We even asked for housekeeping services while we were gone the whole day and it wasn’t done and when I asked the staff what happened he told me because I never told him what service I wanted done. I also asked for wash clothes and towels and they completely forget I had to call them twice to get some to my room.
