Great location, the facilities met our needs for our one night stay.

On arrival, we did not feel at all welcomed by the person in the Office. They "reprimanded" us for not reading the text they had obviously sent about accessing the unit and not informing them we had a trailer. Our recommendation is that there is a question included when booking through booking.com about having a trailer, or not. To be honest, we have never been 'greeted' in this manner before on our travels.

Friendly greeting when we arrived. Room size was very comfortable compared with many other studio spaces I’ve stayed. Bathroom and kitchen clean; kitchen supplied with appropriate items

On the edge of town. If coming from Christchurch it’s on the far side. There was traffic noise. It didn’t interfere with my sleep but be aware you’re on the main road.
