The pull out bed was terrible. The outside of the hotel is not in great shape and the cost was outrageous!

The room was comfortable and decent

Staff extremely rude, very unhelpful and zero people skills and personality, during check out we were running behind staff entered room while I was still in the shower extremely unprofessional and sign was on the door that said do not disturb. And the resort fee is ridiculous more expensive than a really nice Las Vegas resort. Upcharge upon check- in as well.
