The girl in the front desk she was super rude no costumer service we rent something en she was giving us something smaller and more more expensive she was rude and even we have the reservation for a bigger room she wasn’t care is she said if you guys live I’m gonna still charging you guys

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express over Thanksgiving and had a very disappointing experience. My partner and I found the room and facilities outdated and not as advertised in the photos. The noise levels at night were unbearable, and overall it was very uncomfortable. We ended up leaving two nights early because of how uncomfortable the stay was. Even worse, the hotel refused to provide any partial refund for the unused nights, despite my attempts to resolve it through both the front desk and the booking service. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of customer care. I hope the management will consider improving their service in the future.
