"The worst customer service I’ve ever received."

We arrived at SpringhillSuites in Fairbanks, AK last night. We looked at the military rate online, which was available for us to book. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told there is no military rate on Friday & Saturday. What an injustice! We told them that the rate was an available online. We also took screenshots of the availability and our bill. The rate was quite a bit higher than we were told. The next morning, someone knocked on our door & asked, “When will you be leaving?” When I replied that checkout is at noon, the girl was obviously not pleased. She looked at the other employee with her & they side eyed each other. She asked, “So, 12:30?” I jusy looked at her and said, “12-noon”. They walked away. Customer service was absolutely horrible.

The staff, one word - excellent! The only downfall was the bedding. There were dirty shoe marks on the freshly made bed as we arrived in our room - I asked about replacements for the top blankets and the staff at the front desk said no extra linens were available.
