Days Inn by Wyndham Baltimore Inner Harbor

AWFUL. Upon arrival, the hotel did not have a room (for me nor many others in line at check-in). I had prepaid and received confirmations. The hotel blamed the booking agent, but the booking agent had a record of my reservation (and frankly seemed confused too). Current guests were complaining about mice. Many were stranded. DO NOT BOOK here.

Showed up to check-in, 2 hours after check-in time. Waited in line for over an hour just to be told my room wasn't ready yet and our concert was starting so we weren't able to drop our stuff off in the room before the concert and they also don't provide parking and told us to go to the parking garage next to them (which was sold out) so we had to drive around to all the parking garages to find one that wasn't sold out, with all the events they had going on in that small area. Terrible customer service. We didn't even end up staying in Baltimore because of it. We just drove home after the concert.

Upon checking in we were advised booking.com cancelled our reservation and hotel had no availability. We had to look for a different hotel. Was not able to contact booking.com horrible cusyservice by booking.com. Per hotel there were several other reservations w same issues

This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had in a hotel. The place is filthy. THERE WERE RATS IN MY ROOM. I left and had to pay find another hotel far from the convention center because everything nearby was booked. Days Inn manager promised to refund me but didn’t. When I call, no one answers the phone. Their “ Customer Care” program is a bot that dumps you into endless useless automated systems with no resolution. RATS. Actual rats in my room. I will have nightmares for a long time.

The room had urine stains on the wall and mouse poop on the floor. The rooms smelled like smoke to the point it was hard to breathe. Someone else’s hairs were on my sheets and there were stains on the bed. The front desk people were very kind and helpful. That’s the only plus.

Phone does not work nr response to email. Duplicate charge and no resolution

WiFi kept going out
