Days Inn by Wyndham Baltimore Inner Harbor

Beware - this hotel is so poorly managed it is a danger. We were the victims of a serious ADA violation when we stayed there in early January. We chose this hotel because it was affordable and close to Johns Hopkins hospital. The day after we arrived, my husband was very ill, couldn't walk. We borrowed a wheelchair from a doctor's office and when we got back to the hotel after a full day of different treatments, we were stuck outside in the dark 16 degree temps because the handicap accessible doorway had been SCREWED into the LOCKED position. The person working the front desk couldn't open the door because they had no tools. My son had to haul my husband in the wheelchair backwards up the front steps of the main hotel entrance. I have received no satisfactory response from the franchisee nor from Wyndham corporate (in fact none of the franchisee contact info that's been provided to me - email or phone numbers - are functional). This place should be shut down.

The building had a very large damage in the pipes, which is why we did not have water service. This was a big problem, and the hotel did not give to the guest and effective temporary solution.

The breakfast was ok. I love the location is not far from the convention center where my programe took place.

The time of the night that I woke up and do not have access to water was disturbing. I dont like the period although the water was made available after about 6hours long shut.

It’s just a good location.

Old facility and I found two cockroach around the room.

The bed was comfortable, the Staff were really nice.

NO HOT BREAKFAST, Theres no FREE water, There’s was a mouse in my room which led to me getting switched to another room. Because of that I was charged DOUBLE for accidentals, which I feel like was unfair. Housekeeping walked into my room without giving me a chance to even get to my room door and she barely spoke any English, BOTH Rooms my shower and tub was dirty.

Good location and the staff were very friendly, personable and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was not good, very limited options, no spreads for the bread options available. Hotel is not well staffed seems the front desk person's have too much to manage to just attend to front desk. Impossible to contact via phone.
