An absolute gem of a small hotel with excellent customer service and fabulous breakfast.

Staying at Abigail's hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was cheerful and helpful. We highly recommend the breakfast. It was always a great way to start the day. Our room was very comfortable. It had a balcony and we enjoyed listening to the city wake in the morning. The location was further from the downtown government street shops but only about a 15 minute walk. Parking was free but limited at the hotel and at least this early in the season we did not have a problem going out and coming back. We would highly recommend Abigail's for those visiting Victoria.

This is the ONLY place to stay when visiting Victoria! We stayed for 4 nights and each day was unique and excellent- the breakfasts were all delicious and cooked perfectly. The nightly snacks were a treat as well. The location could not have been better- we walked everywhere except when we drove to Butchart Gardens. Our room was beautiful- the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and huge! I would ask the staff for a grab bar (which they provided) to use in the shower- it was extremely dangerous and the mat provided went over the drain so the water level would rise. We slept with the windows open and for the most part, the noise level was ok. The entire staff from the dining room to the housekeeping and desk clerks were all so wonderful and helpful and professional. Oh and they even had 2 charging stations so we were able to keep our car charged! I just wish I could bring this gem of a hotel to Oregon!

Abigail’s hotel in beautiful Tudor style has made my 5-day stay in Victoria even more memorable! Only 10 minutes walk to the Inner Harbour and all the wonderful restaurants overthere. A haven of peace, wonderful room, excellent breakfast and very friendly staff.

What a gem! Beautiful hotel. The most comfortable bed we have ever experienced in a hotel. Room had everything we need and more. Extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff. Daily breakfast was amazing! Food and service. We looked forward to the options each morning. Excellent! We also enjoyed the afternoon snack a couple of times....really nice to offer this. Location is in a neighbourhood which made it a quiet spot and really not far from any of the attractions.
