No hubo nada que no me gustará

The hotel is set in an ideal location near the town and there are plenty of restaurants and shops to explore in the area. The reception area is fresh with plenty of seating and 4 massage chairs. The library is great. We enjoyed the coffee shop although it was often busy and hard to find a seat. Most of the staff are all lovely, friendly and helpful. The lifts are a problem if you are not very mobile. The queues were often quite big so we walked down the stairs. This wouldn’t suit everyone. On arrival there was no toilet rolls. The bedroom was fresh looking and beds comfortable. Shower was fantastic although the drains smelt quite bad a few times and we had ants. Drink selection with the AI was very good. Entertainment typical of this type of hotel. The thing that really let the hotel down is the food, Hotel need to make sure food is cooked properly and stored correctly. Chicken was definitely undercooked. Food at the snack bar Luke warm. We were both very sick at the end of the trip. Restaurant staff were very friendly and kept tables clear efficiently. Unfortunately I would no go back and this is due to the food.

The location of the property was perfect for exploring the area. The beds were comfortable, especially the pillows. Most staff were friendly.

My room had a cracked tile in the bathroom and ants were coming into my room, I reported this on arrival but was told I would have to wait until the next day for the cleaner to spray them. Under beds need cleaned - very dusty. No toilet paper or milk in room on arrival. Queuing for lifts The food was pretty bad and I blame the hotel for the food poisoning I got on my last night at the hotel. The chicken was definitely undercooked and meat in snack bar left out.
