We chose this hotel to use as a base , Our room was cleaned Dailey fresh towels etc Bottles of water left a couple of times that was a nice touch … The food to us was totally dire and preferred to eat out on each occasion, Be warned the dining room is just total kaos! The pool area is depressing and lacked any kind of atmosphere but maybe that’s the time of year , The staff we encountered were friendly enough didn’t have any issues with them … We kept telling ourselves that for what we had paid we wouldn’t grumble and was only staying here for 5 nights but that was totally enough for us! Sorry Sandos hotel a no from us absolutely no chance a 4 star 2 at a push .

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, it felt like something out of a horror movie. The entire place was extremely dirty — corridors, walls, everything. When we entered the room at check-in, the floor was filthy with visible shoe marks. The beds were old and worn out, with dirty sheets that clearly hadn’t been changed properly. The blankets looked like they were from the 80s or 90s and didn’t seem clean at all. The bathroom was unacceptable — there was mold, dirt, and a very unpleasant smell. The balcony was also in terrible condition. The door was damaged and barely functioning. The TV was extremely small (smaller than a laptop screen), and you couldn’t even adjust the volume properly. I was traveling with my 2-year-old child, and the situation was so bad that I had to go out and buy new bed linen myself. I also had to buy cleaning products and spend half a day cleaning the bathroom just to make it usable. The food was very poor, not appetizing at all, and overall disappointing. The photos on Booking/Love Holidays are completely misleading and do not reflect reality at all. This is absolutely not a 4-star hotel — it’s more like minus 4 stars. The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. I have traveled a lot and visited many countries, and this is honestly the worst place I have ever stayed in. I truly hope no one else has to go through this experience. The location is the only decent thing, but it doesn’t make up for the terrible conditions of the hotel. Absolutely not worth the money. This place should not be rated as a 4-star hotel — it’s more like minus 4 stars. Extremely noisy. It was impossible to sleep at all. There was constant noise from music, people drinking and shouting, and even ambulances during the night. On top of that, there was a very disturbing incident where a man jumped from a balcony above our floor. We were staying on the 5th floor, and he was on the 6th. This was extremely frightening, especially as I was traveling with my 2-year-old child. Overall, this felt unsafe and completely unacceptable.

Le parking cher 20 euros la nuit On peut louer une voiture sur place mais le problème pas moyen de trouver une place pour se garer quand on revient à l hôtel C est dommage que l hôtel ne prévoit pas un endroit pour se garer

We went all inclusive, reception staff were very pleasant and polite, location good, hotel was ok, bed was uncomfortable, the food felt very repetitive and a lot of fish choices, plates and cutlery that was “clean” still had the last persons food on it due to not being washed properly, bar staff polite and drink was good, house keepers kept on top of rooms. We was ill for most of the holiday so food on plates and cutlery from other people didn’t help the “bug” that was going around.

Stayed at this hotel in March and it was a pleasant stay. Set in a great location, it was only a five minute walk to the closest bars and restaurants in the old town although the beach is around a 20 minute walk away. Check in was quick and we had a room on the seventh floor. Rooms are fine and the beds are comfortable. The lifts are very small and you sometimes had to wait quite a while for one to arrive. Pool area is good although only a certain area gets the sun for most of the day. Therefore, we spent a lot of time on the roof terrace. There were beer and soft drink pumps on the roof terrace but they were not operational during our stay although would imagine they would be during the summer months. Queues at the pool bar were quite long at times but not a major issue. There are two evening bars one of which is pepes which is a really good bar if you like something a bit more lively although this opens later into the evening. The food is not good unfortunately. The snack bar was OK for a light lunch but we had to eat out on an evening. The hotel is good (although probably not four star) and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay but the quality of the food was the only real downside for me.

Comida repetitiva, ascensores escasos para tanta gente, la limpieza de la habitación la realizan tardísimo, piscina pequeña.

Definitely not a 4 star! If your someone easily pleased with the bare minimum this is for you however don’t listen to all the good reviews. The food was the same everyday, same kind of pizzas, same pasta sauce, same meats which were all poor. We ended up eating out every night! Breakfast was dripping of grease & oil not enjoyable. The buffet area was far too busy couldn’t get a seat people always in your way bumping into you, not well organised. Drinks were ok for an all inclusive but nothing of a 4 star. Unfortunately wouldn’t be returning.
