EL GYM, LO ABREN MUY TARDE Y LO CIERRAN MUY TEMPRANO. NO PUDE USARLO EL COLCHÓN DE LA CAMA ERA MUY BLANDO, EXCESIVAMENTE GASTADO LAS MANTAS MUY VIEJAS Y POCO CONFORTABLES. EL DESAYUNO MUY POCO ORGANIZADO CON TANTA GENTE

Maten hade väl lite att önska, tror inte att kryddor är något som används alls...

Selvom hotellet er klassificeret som et 4-stjernet hotel, var min oplevelse meget skuffende. Rengøringen var under forventet niveau, og servicen var svag og levede slet ikke op til standarden. Værelset manglede helt basale ting som drikkevand, og der var heller ingen kaffemaskine, hvilket er uacceptabelt for et hotel i denne kategori. Generelt lever hotellet ikke op til sin 4-stjernede klassificering, og efter min mening fortjener det ikke engang 2 stjerner. Jeg kan derfor ikke anbefale det.

I don't often leave bad reviews, only when they are deserved, and this one definitely is! Let's start at the beginning, first impressions were not great when we were greeted by a receptionist with a dirty name badge, and I’m afraid it got significantly worse as the week went on, our stay was positively grim. The hotel is very tired and run down in places; the pool area is abysmal, shabby, and devoid of life or personality. Having said that, our refurbished superior room (which sadly overlooked the pool) was clean and comfortable, with the exception of the well-worn and grubby looking brown blanket that was placed between the bed sheet and the bed cover. While the room was relatively clean and bright, the finish wasn’t so good in either the bedroom or the bathroom. Lifts were painfully slow, with only one lift working at several times during our stay, and they were not large enough to cope with the demand, resulting in long waits to get up and down from our 8th floor room. There were not enough bar staff to cope with the number of guests which resulted in tables not being cleared and long queues at certain times to be served. The staff did a great job under so much pressure and gave great service, especially in the coffee shop. Entertainment was shocking, it was far too loud to comfortably sit in the room, and the sound travelled out to the supposedly quieter area in the foyer. But the real issue here is the restaurant. Food is invariably tepid at best, there is a microwave tucked away in the far corner of another section of the restaurant, but it always seemed to have a queue. The quality of food was appalling; I love Spanish food but sadly there was nothing to love here. It was often swimming in grease and laid out with no care or attention. The chef on the grill section had no care in the food he put out, he served ‘raw’ pork and fish on more than one occasion. I’m aware that the Spanish like to eat their pork pink, which I’m ok with, however this was raw! Food labelling was haphazard and allergens were often incorrectly listed – this is crucial for me as a coeliac with a dairy allergy. The restaurant experience was also quite chaotic, there are a lot of people using the restaurant, but the walkways are quite narrow, and people were just walking into each other with food and drinks in their hands. The Giaconda restaurant is offered to all-inclusive guests once a week however this just provided the standard buffet fayre that I’d expect from a 3* hotel and was nothing special (other than the glass of cava we were served). I was very ill the day after eating at the Giaconda, with severe diarrhoea and vomiting. I’m aware there is/was an outbreak in the hotel at the time we were there, and in the previous week, but I cannot rule out some form of food poisoning especially as I ate the smoked salmon which was laid out in one piece and not sliced, and was warm and slimy with a distinctive fishy taste. The reception team were not at all interested in the fact that I was ill and denied all knowledge of any virus sweeping the hotel, however this was later confirmed by the Jet2 representative. They were initially very unhelpful in getting a doctor out as I needed a Fit to Fly certificate and told me that I didn’t need one despite the Jet2 representative insisting that I got one before travelling to the airport. I was asked to fill out a form which I have not yet received a response from, one week later. We most certainly will not be returning; it may be conveniently located in the town centre for transport and local amenities but that is the only positive I can give. It you take your chance and book this hotel, don’t say that you weren’t warned, even for a cheap break! I would rate the hotel as a 2* at best.

Velmi milý personál, stále usměvavý, pohodový. Vše na jedničku.

Venlig/ smilende og hjælpsom personale. Beliggenhed i forhold til centrum.

Czystość, śniadania były bardzo dobre, drinki były okej ale do każdego dodawaliśmy „double wodka” ;)

Emeryci - na każdym kroku, męczące szczególnie na stołówce. Jedzenie monotonne na obiad i na kolację praktycznie to samo. Minus za brak soków i kawy na stołówce podczas obiadu i kolacji (są tylko na śniadaniach)

W wersji allinckusive dobre jedzenie, na bieżąco uzupełniane. Jedna kolacja w fajniejszej restauracji. Alkohol podawany w szkle, markowe. Pokój po odnowieniu.

Głośni hiszpańscy emeryci. Mieliśmy pokój na 1p więc winda nie była problemem ale są do niej kolejki. Głośne imprezy do 23/24.
